Matt Pinfield is joining 88.5FM The SoCal Sound, hosting Weekday Afternoons 2-6p

Morning Show hosts Nic Harcourt and Jet welcomed Matt onto their show LIVE over the air to announce him joining the weekday line-up, ahead of his first show.

Matt takes over for Andy Chanley, who recently relocated to WXRT in Chicago, however Matt already feels right at home, feeling like part of the family, saying during the interview to Nic and Jet, "But you bring that history of the format with you, and I can't wait for you to be here beginning today at 2:00. Yeah, Very excited about it. You know, it's always a little nerve wracking, your first show, and I hope people enjoy it. You know, Andy did a such a great job and I was a fan of Andy, so but I'm but I'm happy to be here with my family of people that I've it feels like it comes full circle.
