During the interview, Byron talks “crazy to think that it's your debut because you've been making music for the longest...” which Joey replies “We were so lucky in that because a lot of the if a lot of the guys in the band too, were backing up and doing a lot of session work for, you know, for an I was writing for like Chris and a lot of the artists coming out of L.A. and, you know, a lot of our band members were helping out when the results came in, you know, helping them with the horn stuff and arrangement stuff. So it was just like we were always kind of present because we were still working and still kind of people still knew, you know, us and what we were doing. So when the album came out, I was like, yeah, they have a record too.”

Joey Quiñones also filmed an exclusive solo piano performances of “What’s His Name”, “Take A Chance On Me”, and “Pain and Heartbreak” for The SoCal Sound!
